A lifestyle coach is a mentor or advisor who assists individuals in changing for the better to become better versions of themselves.
Lifestyle coaches assist their customers in reaching their objectives by first assisting them in defining their goals and then assisting them in creating plans to reach those goals. Weight loss, increased physical activity, improved diet, smoking cessation, and stress reduction are a few examples of possible goals.
Along the journey, your coach will provide direction, accountability, and support. During Health Plus office hours, coaching can be accessed in person over the phone or via video call.
